Classes will run for 6 weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays (7-8pm) beginning Jan 20th. Open to ages 11 to 15.
Monday’s focus will be Squatting.
Wednesday’s focus will be Back Strength and Pulling Power.

BURPEE CHALLENGE-
Interested members must complete 25 burpees a day for 30 days.
At the end of the month, everyone who has successfully completed all 30 days will be entered into a draw to receive a one month free membership.
HEALTHY HABITS CHALLENGE-
This challenge is about creating Healthy Habits and will run for 6 weeks.
Members are invited to a Challenge Planning Meeting on Sunday, Jan 5th, to choose their habits. These habits will be built upon each week (habit stacking for the win!) and include personalized categories directly correlated to your heath priorities (think increasing daily steps, developing a routine, decreasing sugar intake, increasing protein, reading for enjoyment, getting into the gym more etc).
Stronger Together Athletics (STA) is a community-based gym where members can come together to become more fit, stronger, and healthier. STA offers functional fitness classes and open gym access 50+ hours a week. The goal is an inclusive and energic atmosphere with open hours 7 days a week to meet your busy schedule. Open gym time and five coach-led classes are offered on weekdays, and there is a class and open gym time on Saturday and Sunday.
We aim to create a friendly, fun, and supportive environment for you to achieve your fitness goals. A place where your success is our success, with a community of athletes that support each other.

All classes are 1 hour and are coach lead.
Each class consists of a warm-up, the work out, and end with a cool down. Some classes offer a strength or skill session.
All movements in any class are adjusted to meet the skill set of you, the athlete.
We will meet you where you are in your fitness journey.
During our hours of operation, we offer open gym time, even during class time.
There is always a coach available to assist you, including offering a workout specialized for you.
This is a great time for you to practice movements, and build strength between classes.
